The safety and well-being of all participants in the Little League® program continues to be paramount, and it is on all of us to do our part to provide a fun, memorable, and safe experience each year. This is required for all New City Little League volunteers to complete annually.
Background Check
As a condition of service to New City Little League®, all managers, coaches, Board of Directors members, and any other persons, volunteers or hired workers, who provide regular service to the league and/or have repetitive access to, or contact with players or teams, must complete and submit an official Little League Volunteer Application.

Medical Form
To access the Medical Forms for your team, please follow these steps:
1) Login into the website by clicking here
2) Once on your team page, click on "Documents"
3) Click on your respective form - Baseball or Softball
4) Click on "export"
5) You'll see this pop up:
6) You can click on the link displayed to generate your medical forms. You will also receive an email with the link to the forms. You will need to save them as a PDF and then email it to newcityll@aol.com
You must either carry a printout of the medical forms on your person to every practice and game or keep the email accessible on a device that will be with you at all practices and games.
